    Develop and implement retention and growth strategy for all movements and targeted new membership

    Develop and maintain ward-based databases

    Use additional resources (videos, podcasts, technical and sound crew) to encourage & support spiritual well-being of members

    Expand communication of the church (Internal and External). (Church announcements and submit content for website)

    Undertake marketing activities to attract visitors  and provide full church service during these activities
    Develop posters on I-search for display at strategic places like entrances

    Develop video footages of testimonies to also assist in marketing

    Create more social platforms for the congregation during and after service

    Increase capacity use of audio visual in church

    Maintain and Management of publication and media

    Management and administrating of the church activities

    Management and coordinate the Church Council, EXCO and Extended EXCO activities

    Recording and distribution of all Church Council minutes

    Management and updating all Church Policies and Resolutions

    Maintain and Management of Information and Technology - website

Tshwane URCSA is a member of the URCSA-Northern Synod. The Uniting Reformed Church in Southern Africa was formed by the unification of DRCA and the DRMC in April 1994. The run up tomthis union finds its origins in the decisions of 1978 where the reunification of the DRC family was then stated as the ideal.
