    Develop a qualifying and selection criteria for the needy

    Maintain a database of the needy (update data regularly)

    Conduct regular audit and review of the programme for effectiveness

    Identify an appropriate reporting system on programme implementation to alleviate confusion

    Strengthen the culture of caring in the church e.g. regular donations of groceries

    Improve communication about and service to the needy, sick, homeless and bereaved (announcements, visits etc)

    Co-ordinate adoption  programme for the needy based on volunteerism

    Address substance abuse

    Encourage  parental  involvement

    Conduct needs assessment before developing programmes

Tshwane URCSA is a member of the URCSA-Northern Synod. The Uniting Reformed Church in Southern Africa was formed by the unification of DRCA and the DRMC in April 1994.
